What are the shipping costs and speeds?
Orders over $50 get free economy shipping. Speeds and cost vary based on the destination, calculate estimates in your cart or at check out.
How quickly will my order be shipped out?
Processing time is 1-3 business days.

What is your return policy?

An item in my order broke during shipment. What should I do?
We take care in our packaging process, but know that accidents happen. Please email us at orders@peterandjune.com with your order number and a photo of the broken item. We will ship a replacement as quickly as possible with no cost to you. Additionally, if you bought something this year that took an accidental fall, feel free to reach out and we can recommend DIY solutions or see if there is anything we can do to help!
ORDERS
What’s the deal with products listed as preorder?
Preordered items are listed with the first possible shipment date. If we can ship out products prior to the listed date, we will! If there are any further preorder delays, we will be sure to reach out via email with an update. If you would like to cancel, change, or check on the status of any preorder items, email us at orders@peterandjune.com. We cannot guarantee cancelation if items have already shipped.
I ordered other products with my pre-order item, when will my order arrive?
If a pre-ordered item is included in a domestic order along with in stock items, your in stock items will be shipped before the pre-ordered items. However, this excludes international orders! If a pre-ordered item is included in an international order, your entire order will not be shipped out until the pre-ordered item is available.
I just placed an order and I need to change or cancel items or adjust the shipping!!
Please email us ASAP at orders@peterandjune.com with your order number, name, and email. There are no guarantees, but if we get your email before we process or ship your order, we will do our best to accommodate changes and cancelations.
Can I place an order as a gift for someone else?
Yes! There is a box at check out to add gift instructions. We are happy to add a little note in the order if you provide it at check out.

What is your jewelry made out of?
Each product is listed with specific material. If you have any additional questions, feel free to email hello@peterandjune.com
Are items one-size fits all?
Our jewelry is designed to be adjustable so no need to measure your ring size! Products with specific lengths are listed on the item description. We know that every body is different, so if you get a product that does not fit the way you’d like, you can email us at orders@peterandjune.com.
What is the difference between water resistant and water proof?
Products are listed as water proof or water resistant if applicable. Our water proof products are made of stainless steel and are wearable at the gym, in the shower, wherever life takes you. Water resistant means that the product will be able to sustain some light water contact, but should not be submerged or encounter long term water exposure.
My push closed hoops don’t seem to be clicking in as tightly as I want, are there any solutions?
If your hoops get loose over wear for any reason, you can adjust the basic closure strength by lightly pushing up or down on the post until you get that desired “click”
How do I care for my jewelry?
Please avoid harsh chemicals coming in direct contact with your jewelry. Our un-plated, raw brass products will naturally tarnish over time. You can use a polishing cloth or buffing tool to re-shine the surface as needed.

How do I sign up for updates on sales?
When you place your order, you can opt into receiving our emails. If you are still thinking of ordering, you can sign up for our mailing list via our home page popup. You will receive a bonus code to use on your first order if you sign up in advance!

All of our packaging is made of recyclable materials. We practice giving back and run charity benefit sales throughout the year.
Do you have a physical store where I can see the jewelry in person?
